We recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation before an appointment to discuss your desired look, receive our professional recommendations and an accurate quote.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during all consultations.

Appointments: We encourage all clients to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to check in, prepare and relax for your service and enjoy your overall experience at the salon. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that you can be sure to accommodate your schedule. All Microblading and Corrective Color appointments require a non refundable deposit that will be applied towards your service.

Gratuities: We would like to inform all clients that gratuities are not included in our prices and are cash only.

Cancellation policy: Since we have reserved a special time for you, we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the billing of scheduled services.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept checks.

Refund policy: Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, packages, retail products or hair extensions. All sales are final.

Jennifer & Mark Magiera Owner & Founder Markus Magiera and Owner and Master Stylist Jennifer Magiera, together wanted to open a hair salon that stood out from the rest, after they got married in 2011. Mark being born and raised in Lake Forest IL., and Jenn being born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens FL., they BOTH know what it takes to have a successful business in such a beautiful and prestigious city like Palm Beach Gardens. With Mark’s design, marketing and business knowledge, combined with Jenn’s expertise in color techniques, precision cutting, european styling and salon management skills, together they make an amazing team. They also both truly believe in providing excellent customer service, plus an unforgettable experience to every client. Reputation is everything!

Avant Garde Salon moved from our original location to about a mile down PGA, by the mall, to our new address: 2925 PGA Boulevard, Suite 102, Studio 1, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Avante Garde is managed by Jennifer Magiera, a professional, experienced master hair stylist who is on the forefront of cutting-edge hair services. About Microblading

What is Microblading ?

Microblading is an eyebrow tattoo technique that deposits small amounts of ink in the superficial layer of the skin. It is considered to be a semi-permanent tattoo used as an alternative technique or creating naturally defined fuller eyebrows.

What are 3D brows, feather stroke brows, or hair stroke tattoos?

3D brows, feather strokes bows and hair stroke tattoos are all terms used to describe the same technique, which is offered at Avant Garde Salon.

How long does microblading last?

The traditional tattooed eyebrow technique can last for up to 20 years. This is because the tattooed pigment is sitting in the deeper layers of the skin. Microblading eyebrows is different in that the pigment is imbedded into a layer of the skin they is closer to the surface. For this reason, eyebrows that have been microbladed will last for 1-2 years, as long as it is maintained.

Does it hurt?

Everyone experiences discomfort differently. Most people describe what they feel during the procedure as irritation, scratching, or a slight burning sensation. We use topical anesthetic creams and gels before and during all procedures to numb the area and minimize discomfort.

How long does the procedure take?

The procedure for microblading takes about 2-3 hours. This is an estimated time and varies from client to client.

Do I need to take time off of work?

No, there is no time associated with the microblading procedure. Redness and swelling typically dissipate after a few hours of the procedure.

How long does it take to heal?

Healing varies for each individual. Typically it takes up to 14 days for the epithelial crust to form and slough off. After this, your skin will be considered to have healed.

How long does it last?

Eyebrows that have been microbladed will last up to 1-2 years. As long as they are maintained.

All appointments are made with a non-refundable deposit so if you cannot make your appointment, you forfeit the money deposited. You can always make another appointment, but all subsequent appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
